INGO "World Wide Aid & Cooperation - Moldova" working in the field of International Development is looking for enthusiastic and motivated young people for the position of the Financial Manager.
The Financial Manager will have to:
• Maintain the accounts and prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and other reports as required
• Act as approving officer for all funds and ensure that expenditures are in accordance with financial rules and regulations
• Create and monitor annual budgets of the organization• Provide information needed to respond the donors’ inquiries
• Produce financial and statistical reports for donors/sponsors.
Profile of Candidate:
• Recent graduates/ last year students in accountancy or finance
• High sense of responsibility and accountability (accuracy and timeliness is of essence)
• Ability to establish priorities and to plan, coordinate and monitor own work
• Proven conceptual, analytical and evaluative skills
• The ability to draw appropriate conclusions and recommendations
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural, environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
• Previous volunteering and internships, working experience in NGO sector can be an advantage (still not a selection criteria)
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of the C1 program
• Proficient English
