Procer Recruitment seeks an experienced, dynamic and persuasive IT Project Manager with minimum 2 years experience for multinational company, based in Bucharest.
YOU will ideally have come from a Health care, Public or Private sector background working on a multitude and a mixture of IT and Business projects.
This is a fast paced environment working with the very latest in Microsoft and Java technologies.
Key duties & responsibilities are:
§ To lead deployment of hardware & software, ensuring projects are successfully delivered to schedule, cost & quality requirements.
§ Manage external and internal relationships.
§ Manage Information Management resource allocated to the project, including people and money.
§ Provide Management reports.
§ Understand, apply & follow internal standards and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
§ Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize own work.
§ Committed team member who works to join goals and standards
§ Excellent project management skills including project management tools and techniques
§ Focused on getting results within challenging timescales
§ Ability to analyze problems and produce a range of options, culminating in a preferred solution
§ Ability to make rational, realistic and sound decisions based on consideration of all the facts and alternatives available.
§ Good interpersonal skills with an ability to respond quickly
§ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage staff whilst on certain projects.
§ Strong written, oral communications skills and good presentation skills.
