Stupid Entrecard Blogger
I have just found this message in my Entrecard messagebox. WTF? At first I wanted to report this blog, but then I just blocked the user so that s/he wouldn't be able to send me any further messages.

Entrecard bug: 303 drops
Yesterday, after having fulfilled my duty as a conscientious blogger-dropper, I have noticed an interesting detail in my Entrecard account.
If I'm not mistaking, and believe me, I'm not, there is a limit of 300 cards that one can drop per day. How come that I've managed to drop 3 extra cards?:D

Another "nice-bannered" blog in the Entrecard network
I go on introducing to you great banners of the blogs members of the Entrecard network, some of which I have already collected in the Blogs I Like Category.
Today's guest is the blog Living on AdSense. Isnt't it just cute:D! The funny thing about this blog it that there are no AdSense ads displayed there. Why? The explanation is given in the post There Are Adsense Ads On This Blog, I Just Won’t Let You See Them...

First cheating in the Entrecard network and INconstantIN is getting closer to John Chow and ProBlogger
Click here for my posts in English or go here for you to get more details about INconstantIN!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have got two news fot the Entrecard users: a good one and a bad one. I'll start with the second. It seems that there are certain blogs that try already to misuse the Entrecard concept by cheating on the other members of the network. You have below an example of that at promomaker.blogspot.com You can see that under the Entrecard label, thie blogger has actually put a BidVertiser add, so some hurrying-up Entrecard users will click the banner without too much considering it, although the real Entrecard is somewhere in the middle of the site. I think this blog must be excluded from the Entrecard network, don't you?

The good news is that I climbed my way out in the "Make Money Online" Category at Entrecard. You can see me in that "dollar" dress, I have outlined it with a red square, well, not me, of course, my Entrecard:D. It's a good thing to find yourself so close to such famous bloggers like John Chow and Problogger. Feels so good!!!!:)

Best contest in the Entrecard network held at JoeTech dot Com
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First of all because the other contests stipulate as a rule one, or at most three main possibilities for a blogger to win it. This is either “subscribe to my posts”, or “write on your blog about this contest” and that’s all!
- Favorite JoeTech in Technorati (10 entries)

There is a bunch of contests held by bloggers within the Entrecard network that I took part in. However, none of them would bear even a comparison to the contest at JoeTech.
First of all because the other contests stipulate as a rule one, or at most three main possibilities for a blogger to win it. This is either “subscribe to my posts”, or “write on your blog about this contest” and that’s all!
Secondly, I really would not understand bloggers who enlist in contests the winner of which is to be announced as a result of a lucky and absolutely random pick-up. This seems to me childish, if not stupid.
With JoeTech contest the situation is totally different. Firstly, because there is quite a wide range of possibilities to earn as much entries as possible. Here they are:
- Comment on the JoeTech contest post (1 entry)- Send a visitor to http://www.joetech.com from your site (2 entries per visitor!)
- Sign up for my RSS feed via email (10 entries)- Favorite JoeTech in Technorati (10 entries)
- Put http://www.joetech.com in your blog roll (30 entries)
- Write a post about JoeTech contest (MUST link back to this post) (50 entries)- Write a positive review on your blog (MUST link to Joetech.com) (100+ words) of JoeTech.com (100 entries)
- Stumble one of JoeTech articles (20 entries)Secondly: everyone is a winner, because as Joe says: “In my post to announce the winner, I will link back to any blog who posted about the contest, added me to their blog roll, or reviewed JoeTech.com. Additionally, I will have more prizes (to be determined) to give out to those who enter”.
Now that I have already got your interest, just have a look at these great awards: “I have decided to give away a free 1 month ad block and Entrecard credits every month. So not only can you enter to win $100 every month of 2008, but if you have your own blog (or just about anything else) to promote, you can now win that 125x125 banner right up at the top in my header for a full month. Better still, I’m giving away another 1,000 ec so you can get your ad on a bunch of sites in the Entrecard network!”
Well isnt’t that great? More than that, if your site or blog has an alexa rank under 50,000, JoeTech doubles your entries! This is a simply wonderful contest and I am encouraging you to enlist as soon as possible, because there are only 6 days left. Good luck, everyone!

Meet JoeTech, one of the best blogs in the Entrecard network
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JoeTech has got a most friendly layout based on the 3-column concept. At first, I was somehow suspicious regarding its background, because I always disliked blogs with dark backgrounds. However, at JoeTech you will find a perfect combination of smooth dark tones of the general background overlaid with nicely rounded-up white-based blocks for posts, archives, blogroll and ad blocks.
There is one week already that I am part of the hourly enlarging Entrecard network. I have achieved some good results within it: I am on the same row with JohnChow and 1 entrecard away from ProBlogger in the Make Money Category. I would not have managed to get so high without having spent a lot of time studying and droppind cards on many blogs registered with Entrecard. As a proof of that, you can study my “Blogs I Like” Label under which I put some Entrecard registered blogs having beautifully designed banners.
So it is by knowing how things are in the Entrecard network that I will speak today about one of the best Blogs I came across in my quest for places to drop cards. Ladies and gentlemen, meet JoeTech!
Let me start by saying that JoeTech is the first blog among other 151 blogs in the Technology category at Entrecard. Should I say more? Probably not, but yet I will.
Another thing that I like a lot at JoeTech is the fact that he has a mobile version of his blog, isnt’t that great? At the same time, it is very important for quite a lot of users to know some general data about the blog they visit. In JoeTech’s case this is more than easy: his rankings are delicately displayed right on the upper site of the blog, very good rankings I would say, by the way.
JoeTech contains posts that focus mostly on web, software and computers. However, it turns to be a source of very useful information both for specialists in the field and for those of us who “know something and wish to know more”.

First Entrecard Credits give away held by Affiliate Lounge. It's not a contest, it's a give away, so hurrrry up!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

• Must contain a link pointing to any other post on my blog.
• Please use a picture, either a screenshot or Pic1 or Pic2
• Write what you want! Good or bad!
• Leave a comment here with the link
So, what are you waiting for? Pump in, till it’s not too late!

While wondering about the hour-by-hour enlarging Entrecard network I came across a lot of different contests offered by the numerous blog-members. Many of them, if not all, have some confused requirements pointing to enlisting in the contest, writing posts, subscribing to the feed, and then, what seemed more irritatint, to wait and see the results of the contest in some weeks, if not months.
The exception to confirm the rule in this case is the Affiliate Lounge who is also holding a “kind of a contest”, because it’s not really a contest. And that is because all you have to do to get 500 ec from the Affiliate Lounge is to comply with the following 4 small conditions of the contest focused in a post you write on your blogs:
• Must contain a link pointing to http://www.affiliatelounge.co.za• Must contain a link pointing to any other post on my blog.
• Please use a picture, either a screenshot or Pic1 or Pic2
• Write what you want! Good or bad!
• Leave a comment here with the link

Another great banner of an Entrecard network blog
Click here for my posts in English!
My journey through the Entrecard network ended in a new finding: BlogEntrepreneur (I lost the link, unfortunately:D, feel free to help me). Along with the banner, I also liked the upper part of the blog which starts with Recent Posts, Most Popular Posts & Most Commented Posts. These, along with the Top Commentators, are the most highly recommended plugins for a successful blogger. I can barely wait getting on WordPress with a stand-alone domain to have all of them installed!
